Our standard processing time is 2–5 business days.
Please note that during peak periods or when we receive a high volume of orders, processing may take longer.
Tracking numbers are included in the shipping confirmation email that is sent after an order is processed. You can track your parcel on the page track
Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to appear after your order has been shipped.
During this time, the carrier may not have scanned the package yet or may not have updated their system.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, please contact our customer service team.
Returns
Customers must pay for the return shipping fee. Once we receive the return we will provide a full refund of the initial payment amount excluding international shipping fees. Checkout our returns policy if you have any queries regarding returns.
- Once we have received your return, it will be checked by our quality control team to ensure that it is in resealable condition.
- Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your return. This process should take no longer than 3 Business days.
- The bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund.
