You can exchange or return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Application requirements
Your application must include:

A detailed description of the reason for the return or replacement.

High-quality photos confirming the issue.
Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. They can only be exchanged for another product from the collection or redeemed as store credit.

Perishable goods, personal care products, custom-made items, or hazardous materials cannot be returned.
European Union cooling-off period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective,

damaged,

or if you received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Conditions

All items must be returned in unused, unopened, resalable condition with original tags and packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns are at your own cost, depending on the courier and your country.

If your application is approved, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions.
Return Process & Evaluation

The client provides a clear photo report of the product.

Sector Shop reviews the photos and makes a preliminary decision.

After receiving the item at our warehouse, we conduct a detailed inspection and make the final decision on refund or exchange.
⚠️ If the product is assessed as unsuitable for resale at the first stage (photo evaluation), the refund will not be approved.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Please note: banks and payment providers may take up to 3 extra days to post the refund.

Payment processing & gateway fees are non-refundable, as they are charged directly by payment providers.
Exchanges

If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will process it immediately after approval.

If the product you want is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you with alternative solutions.
After Return Deadline
If you wish to return your order after the 30-day return window has expired, you may still exchange the item for store credit or a voucher. Please contact our support team for available options.
